Her dress was gorgeous, her hair was amazing and her smile was glowing! Cindy was so many things last friday and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it! We borrowed my friends gorgeous historic home in downtown New Bern for her portraits! Cindy is having a vintage Hollywood glam themed wedding in June! I will be there as a guest and I absolutely can not wait!

It was about 9 months ago when I first met the Harper girls! They melted my heart instantly. Rachel the littlest is in my preschool class and she truly brings joy to my job everyday! I think about them moving on to a new class next year and I get sad! Thank goodness I teach art so I can see them again next year! Any who, I’ll stop babbling about me! When Anne asked me to squeeze her in this month I said ABSOLUTELY! She is going to get a print for her husband for fathers day! Having three little girls their daddy is ate up I’m sure! So it will be the perfect gift!

I had an absolute blast shooting Elainia’s bridals in downtown Beaufort this past week! She is a such a kind and genuine person and so much fun to be around. I can’t wait to shoot her and Chris’s wedding in downtown Beaufort in June!

As most of you know my dearest darling husband is deploying in less than 2 short months The days have flown by since the day I found out he was leaving and its approaching faster and faster everyday. Isn’t it funny how when you want time to fly by is doesn’t but when you wish it would stand still is doesn’t! I find that to be a big pain! haha

Anyway i’ll stop wining , my point is that on a cool and rainy morning two weeks ago I met Courtney in Shane. Shane is on R&R from Iraq he has been there for 9 months now and will return to finish out a year long deployement! I swear Courtney has more strength in her pinky finger than I have in my whole body! here I am being a baby over 7 months! I can’t even imagine a year. Courtney I admire you in so many ways! you are truly an inspirational women. Shane! you better know how lucky you are to have her <3 hahaha

I can only hope that for our hour long photo session time stood still for Courtney & Shane. That they could just embrace each other and enjoy every peaceful second of it

I could brag about this adorable little family all day long! Madison is an artist and Ira is a Marine. Kind of like my hubby & I! needless to say we related well and decided to exchange our talents to benefit each other! Madison painted me one of her beauitful pet portraits of my precious gracie! Needless to say it was amazinggggg! so without further a do here are Madion & Ira and we can’t forget Rosie & Chesty!

A couple weeks ago when Christine contacted me about getting some portraits of her and her soon to be hubby I was elated! She seemed totally sweet and little did I know I would make a friend that day! They were so easy to shoot because there love was so natural and it just beamed from them!

Christine and Acea are just around the corner from being married! There wedding is May 29th in their home town in Florida. Congratulations and best wishes to you both!
